She tailored a treatment for a chronic shoulder injury of mine & afterwards my arm felt the best it's felt in 9 months when I injured it. I also attended a sip & sweat pop up at a wine vineyard. How cool is that??  Now I won't miss any more events. I'm addicted to ballet bod!!!

Jenny is incredible at making adjustments to exercises... read more based on your abilities or injuries, and sometimes knows what you need to work on just from the way you walk in the door. Her instructing style is generous, calm, and friendly, which really appeals to me. Through working with Jenny, I have gotten much stronger and some neck strain that used to bother me even after lots of physical therapy have gone away! I feel fortunate to have found her!!

She guides you into postures that make your pregnant body feel good... read more throughout the day. I've learned so many new stretches to help with my mobility, breathwork, and strength. She has an awesome energy and positive approach to her training that is hard to find. Can't recommend her enough!

Jenny is so welcoming and made it easy to fall in love with these classes! They are challenging but easy to follow and varied so you don't feel like you're doing the same thing every time.  I look forward to the class every week and already see improvements in my strength and flexibility. Would highly recommend. You're the best, Jenny!

  •   A bit about me, I'm 35 and have always been an indoor kid. I always hated anything that involved moving my body. But I've been pilating with Jenny consistently for... read more six years now. In my entire life, working with Jenny is the only fitness-related activity I've ever been able to stick with.

    Jenny is kind and intelligent, and she never lets me get bored. After six years, she'll still frequently bust out moves I've never seen before.  

    Jenny's patience is boundless. She's told me a hundred times to square my hips more, but never once has there been a note of irritation in her voice. Stop to think about that for a second. Imagine there's someone at your work who's always jamming the copier. You told them once "hey, here's the correct way to use the copier," and you said it super nicely, with maximum positivity. Then they keep jamming the copier. They keep jamming the copier for six fucking years. Eventually you'd be like "dude, I've told you a hundred goddamn times how to use the goddamn copier, are you doing this deliberately to piss me off or are you just that stupid?" Not Jenny. She's never let her voice betray a hint of judgement or even modest disapproval. Every correction she gives is offered in the spirit of positivity and with a seemingly genuine belief that I have the capacity to improve, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

    Critically, and this may just be important for me, Jenny has an excellent sense of humor and is willing to laugh when I tell her what a vicious, unreasonable monster she is for making me high plank for the third time in a row. Again, I don't know that issuing verbal abuse is an important part of your workout regimen, but it's apparently part of what keeps me going and Jenny's a remarkably good sport about it.

    Like I said, this is the only fitness-related activity I've ever been able to stick with. My core is stronger, I'm more flexible, and I'm generally healthier than I was in my twenties. That's because of Jenny. Her physical expertise combined with her sparkling personality is unique among any trainer I've ever met. She quite literally changed my life and I recommend her classes to anyone wholeheartedly and without reservation.

    I am not... read more a generally fit person or a person that naturally gravitates towards exercise, but I love Jenny's teaching approach and her classes.

    She is extremely approachable for beginners, but she definitely works you out!

    I feel very comfortable in her class and I appreciate all of the modifications and suggestions she offers because they make people with all body types and all fitness-backgrounds feel welcomed and safe.

    Highly recommend!!
